Advertising Conditions
Before publishing an ad on Akademisk kvart you must agree to our advertising terms.
Advertisements that are uploaded to Akademisk kvart are reviewed manually. Academic quarter reserves the right to remove ads that do not meet our terms and conditions or if fraud is suspected.
Advertisers who violate Akademisk kvart's advertising terms and conditions may get their account deleted from the platform.
Basic equipment
The tenant must have unlimited access to cooking facilities including at least one hotplate/stove, fridge and sink with running water. The tenant must have access to a bathroom with a toilet and a shower/bathtub, and must have access to a washing machine.
Rental period
The shortest permitted rental period is three months.
Deposit
Any deposit must not exceed one month's rent.
Ad content
Ads on Akademisk kvart must be targeted towards students in Stockholm.
Akademisk kvart does not accept advertisements with demands or requests based on gender, ethnicity or any other basis for discrimination according to the Discrimination Act.
It is not permitted to demand that the tenant:
- Study at a specific university
- Conduct studies at a specific academic level (e.g. PhD level)
- Perform domestic services in exchange for rent reduction
- Commute weekly
- Have an additional income other than CSN
- Pay for other services (eg internet) on top of the rent
- Speak a specific language
Internet or other additional services may be offered for an additional cost as long as they are optional for the tenant.
It is the advertiser's own responsibility to ensure that rent requested in the ad is legal.
