Akademisk kvart uses your personal data to administer, provide, develop and maintain the services on this website.
A user register is maintained so that we can handle matters such as complaints smoothly and fulfill our duties towards stakeholders. The register is also used to keep statistics on website usage.

You can exercise this right by deleting your account under My Pages or by contacting Akademiskvart at info@akademiskkvart.se. Please note, however, that even if your consent is revoked, Akademisk kvart may still have the right to process your personal data with another legal basis. For example, if you used the platform for illegal purposes.
Academic quarter is not responsible for ensuring the correctness of the information exchanged between users regarding housing. If a user has a claim against another user as a result of this user's use of Akademisk kvart, the claiming user accepts to assert this claim independently and without interference from Akademisk kvart and Akademisk kvart is released from all claims, obligations, damages, losses, costs and expenses including attorneys' fees, known and unknown, arising out of or in connection with such claim.
Academic quarter reserves the right to suspend a user if there is suspicion of illegal renting, fraud or the similar. Academic quarter reserves the right to refuse publication of advertisements where there is suspicion of fraud or the like. Akademisk kvart also reserves the right to refuse publication of an advertisement or to suspend a user if the content of the advertisement or what appears in correspondence is otherwise deemed to constitute discrimination according to the Discrimination Act.
