Hyr ut ett rum på cirka 15kvm till skötsam student. Här bor jag ensam med två katter och min 13-årige son varannan vecka. Katterna är väldigt sociala så du kommer få ta hand om dom ibland. Rummet ligger enskilt bakom köket, vi delar kök och du delar dusch/toalett med sonen varannan vecka. Tvättmaskin finns, men även tvättstuga. Bredband med kabel, välutrustat kök, 30 minuter till city men ändå naturområden runt hörnet. Rummet har hyrts ut till andra studenter tidigare så det finns referenser. Södertörns Högskola bara 20 minuter härifrån. KTH samt SU inom en timmes avstånd, (buss & pendeltåg) Buss finns direkt utanför porten. Du kommer bo alldeles intill centrum med mataffär, restauranger, flera gym, bibliotek m.m. Renting out a room of approximately 15 kvm to a student. Here I live alone with two cats and my 13-year-old son every two weeks. The cats are very social so you will have to take care of them sometimes. The room is located separately behind the kitchen, we share the kitchen and you share the shower/toilet with the son every two weeks. There is a washing machine, but also a laundry room in the community. Internet with cable, well-equipped kitchen, 30 minutes to Sthlm City but still nature areas around the corner. The room has been rented out to other students before so there are references. Södertörn University only 20 minutes from here. KTH and Stockholm University within an hour's distance (bus & comutertrain). Busstop is directly outside the entrance. You will live right next to a shoppingcenter with a grocery store, restaurants, several gyms, library and more.
